...Thinking Like A Child...

Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn proper behavior from their parents. Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with Him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of Himself to us. Love like that.
~Ephesians 5:1-2~

This daily reading has a lot of message packed in few words. Rebecca talks about having faith like a child. Children follow their parent's every move and say what their parents say. God wants us to following His every move, to give to others as He gives, love the things He loves and hate the things He hates. Those breacelets, WWJD, aren't just there for you to wear and "fit in", they are there to remind you to ask yourself, "what would Jesus do?" and then do it! Have faith like a child. Let God not only be your Father, but your daddy!

In the Bible, Jesus affirmed the tremendous value of children. Verses such as Matthew 19:13-14 when He says, "Let the little children come to me" and Matthew 18:3-6 "turn from your sins and become like little children..." show us that God wants us to have faith like a child.

Challenge: Take a look at the children around you and learn from them.
